The Bat Devil recuperates in an isolated cabin, nursing a severe injury that severed one of his arms. He towers over humans with a grotesque, winged physique and a mouth filled with razor-sharp teeth. He holds a specific preference for the blood of children and young people, believing it tastes better than that of adults, and he forces lesser devils to hunt on his behalf to accelerate his healing process.

He attacks by expelling concentrated sonic waves from his mouth. These blasts carry enough force to shatter concrete buildings and rupture the internal organs of anyone standing in the path. He utilizes his massive wings to fly at high speeds, swooping down to snatch prey or retreating to high altitudes to launch ranged bombardments of compressed air without fear of retaliation from the ground.

He coerced the Blood Fiend into bringing him a human sacrifice in exchange for the safety of her pet cat. When she delivered a young man to his lair, he betrayed the agreement, swallowing the animal whole and squeezing the blood from the fiend to regenerate his missing limb. This betrayal triggered a violent rampage from the chainsaw hybrid, who latched onto the devil during an aerial battle and gutted him mid-flight to retrieve the swallowed survivors.
