The Curse Devil manifests as a terrifying, two-headed skeletal monster with large horns and exposed ribcages. It usually remains invisible, appearing only when a contractor fulfills specific conditions to summon it. It speaks with a sinister voice and holds a deep grudge against its targets, embodying the concept of cursing someone to death through ritualistic violence.

To use its power, a human must stab their enemy three or four times with a nail-like weapon, treating the victim like a voodoo doll. Once the required number of hits is reached, the devil appears instantly behind the target. It lifts the victim into the air in a crucifix pose and bites into their neck and shoulders, crushing their body and killing them instantly regardless of their durability.

Aki Hayakawa uses a sword shaped like a giant nail to invoke this devil against the Katana Man. After Aki lands the third stab, the devil emerges, mocks the enemy, and fatally mauls him. Later, the assassin Santa Claus uses a similar contract, sacrificing her fingers to command the devil to crush the protagonist. In both cases, the devil demands a heavy price from the user, such as a significantly shortened lifespan or the loss of sensory perception.
