This devil manifests as a grotesque, expanding mass of flesh often shaped like a figure-eight or a Möbius strip. It traps victims within a looped pocket dimension, specifically isolating a single floor of a building to prevent any escape to the ground or the sky. It possesses multiple mouths and faces of those it has consumed, speaking in a chaotic, overlapping chorus that taunts those imprisoned within its stomach.

It halts the flow of time within its territory, freezing clocks and preventing the sun from setting while the physical space repeats endlessly. In battle, it attacks by manipulating its own biomass to form giant arms or weapons, growing larger and more durable as the prey succumbs to anxiety. It absorbs damage effortlessly, regenerating instantly from physical attacks unless its heart is located, forcing opponents into a battle of attrition.

It engages the chainsaw hybrid in a grueling standoff that lasts for three consecutive days inside the time loop. The devil attempts to crush the boy, but the hybrid sustains himself by drinking the devil's blood to fuel his engines, creating a cycle of perpetual combat. Unable to endure the unending pain of being sliced apart without rest, the entity eventually surrenders and exposes its core, begging for death to escape the torture.
