Reze initially presents herself as a gentle and clumsy employee at a local coffee shop. She befriends Denji, teaching him about school, dates, and social norms to seduce him with the promise of a normal life. This persona is a fabrication designed to lower his guard, masking her true identity as a ruthless Soviet assassin sent to capture the Chainsaw heart.

She is the Bomb Hybrid, a weapon created through military experimentation. By pulling the pin located on her neck like a grenade, she transforms into a headless figure made of dark explosives with an apron-like torso. Her attacks utilize concussive blasts to propel her at high speeds, and she can detach her own limbs to turn them into remote explosives, allowing her to decimate entire squads of devil hunters effortlessly.

She rampages through the city, defeating the Typhoon Devil and nearly capturing Denji before being forced into a final confrontation. After losing the battle, she attempts to return to the cafe to meet Denji, genuinely considering running away with him. However, Makima intercepts her in an alleyway before she can reach the shop, ending her mission and her freedom.
