This man is the grandson of the mob boss who was killed by the chainsaw hybrid during the initial zombie incident. He wears a long leather coat, a flat cap, and has distinctive long sideburns. He holds a deep, delusional grudge against the protagonist, believing his grandfather was a noble man who was murdered in cold blood rather than a monster who tried to kill a child. He leads the ambush against Special Division 4, seeking revenge for his family and the destruction of his criminal syndicate.

He is a human-devil hybrid fused with the Katana Devil. To transform, he pulls off his own left hand, causing long, curved blades to split through the skin of his forearms and a large sword to erupt from his forehead. His primary technique involves a crouching stance that allows him to dash forward at speeds invisible to the human eye, slicing through multiple targets before they realize they have been hit. Like other hybrids, he is effectively immortal and can revive from fatal injuries if he consumes blood.

After losing a duel on a train and enduring a humiliating beating where the hunters kicked him repeatedly in the groin, he is arrested and taken into Public Safety custody. He reappears much later as a forced agent for the organization, guarding the Devil Detention Center. He ends up fighting alongside the War Devil during a prison break, still complaining about his hatred for the chainsaw hybrid and his desire to visit a brothel, showing that his petty criminal mindset remains unchanged despite his incarceration.
