The Zombie Devil appears as a repulsive, floating coalescence of human body parts, skulls, and rotting flesh fused into a single massive entity. It inhabits an abandoned factory, surrounding itself with a horde of mindless undead slaves created from its victims. It despises devil hunters and speaks with a distorted, arrogant voice, viewing humans merely as raw material to expand its army.

It possesses the power to transform living humans into zombies through deceptive contracts. It lures desperate individuals with promises of power or debt relief, only to instantly strip them of their free will and physiology upon acceptance. In combat, it avoids direct confrontation, preferring to command swarms of these reanimated corpses to overwhelm and devour enemies with sheer numbers.

It manipulated the local yakuza by turning them into zombies, using them to ambush the young debt collector Denji. It ordered the undead mob to dismember the boy and discard his remains in a dumpster, believing the threat was neutralized. The creature met its end when the boy revived as a chainsaw hybrid, slaughtering the entire zombie horde before carving the devil itself into pieces.
