Halbet Chevour is a Dark Disciple of the Spade Kingdom who serves directly under Vanica Zogratis. She possesses Hair Magic, which she enhances with the power of a devil to grow and manipulate her long hair into whip-like tendrils or hardened spears. She is incredibly vain, obsessed with her appearance and beauty, often mocking her opponents for being "ugly."

During the invasion of the Heart Kingdom, Halbet attacks one of the spirit guardians' territories. She engages in battle against Charmy Pappitson. Initially, Halbet overwhelms Charmy by mocking her weight and using her speed to land rapid strikes, believing the small mage is no threat to her devil-enhanced power.

However, the tables turn when Charmy activates her Food Magic's "glutton" form. Charmy begins to cook and eat Halbet's hair magic, treating it like pasta. Horrified and depleted of mana, Halbet is brutally defeated when a "slimmed-down" version of Charmy punches her into the ground, ending her rampage.
