Goht is a rogue mage who leads a massive organization of bandits alongside his partner, Mohl. Operating during the era of the Grey Deer squad, he targets vulnerable towns throughout the Clover Kingdom to loot rare magical tools and treasure. He is distinguishable by his long dark hair, purple-tinted glasses, and a gaunt, serious expression.

He leads a raid on Zocodany Village, drawing the attention of the Magic Knights. When the young Vice-Captain Yami Sukehiro steps in to defend the town, Goht waits for the right moment to strike. After Yami tears through the initial wave of bandits, Goht and Mohl combine their efforts to ambush him, successfully restraining the dark magic user and preparing to kill him while he is trapped.

His execution plan is interrupted when the other Grey Deer Vice-Captain, William Vangeance, arrives to back up his squadmate. Goht attempts to fight off both knights, but he is unable to withstand their combined power. Yami and William launch a synchronized attack that overwhelms Goht and Mohl, defeating the bandit leaders and saving the village.
