He appears during the arc involving the Magic Item Research Lab, where he works alongside Sally to study Asta's anti-magic properties.

He is characterized by his obsession with data and his lack of moral boundaries, often viewing people as test subjects rather than human beings. When the Eye of the Midnight Sun attacks, Mohl is quick to prioritize his research materials over the safety of the citizens.
