Touba is the leader of the criminals of Kusajishi. Touba hates Seireitei and is one of the first people to go along with Jin Kariya's plan to overthrow the Soul Society. He is willing to gather up a bunch of people all for the sake of destroying Seireitei. Compared to the other people of Kusajishi, Touba is calmer and kinder.
