Hibana, widely known as Princess Hibana, is the commanding officer of Special Fire Force Company 5 and a former Third Generation pyrokinetic. Her unique Ignition Ability, Clematis, allows her to generate and manipulate flower-shaped flames from her hands or with the aid of her fan.

A striking figure, Hibana is a curvaceous, light-brown-skinned young woman with shoulder-length light pink hair and distinctive blue eyes featuring pink, flower-shaped pupils. Her elegance and allure belie a complex personality.

Initially introduced as manipulative and sadistic, Hibana harbored a cruel streak—often taking pleasure in experimenting on captured Infernals and asserting dominance over those beneath her, especially men. Her demeanor exuded the air of a queen commanding absolute loyalty. However, after a pivotal confrontation with Shinra Kusakabe, she began to shed this cold façade, revealing a warmer, more compassionate side rooted in the trauma of her past. Reconnecting with her childhood ideals, she channels her pain into a desire for justice against those responsible for the destruction of her orphanage.

In combat, Hibana is both graceful and formidable. She can summon an overwhelming flurry of cherry blossom-like flames that inflict searing cuts upon contact—strong enough to obliterate multiple Infernal cores. Additionally, she can manipulate ambient temperature to suppress certain flame-based abilities and induce heat syncope in her enemies, causing disorientation and collapse, often incapacitating multiple foes at once with ease.
