Bingo is an elderly citizen of Wano Country who lived in Okobore Town (Leftovers Town) within the Kuri region. Like many residents of that area, he lived in extreme poverty, suffering from starvation and the toxic environment caused by the factories built by Kaido and Orochi.

He appears early in the Wano arc as one of the townspeople who benefited from Luffy and Zoro's intervention. When the Straw Hats hijacked a provision ship from the corrupt officials in Bakura Town and distributed the supplies to the poor, Bingo was among the grateful residents who were finally able to eat a proper meal and drink clean water after years of suffering.

Unfortunately, the relief was short-lived. Okobore Town was later burned to the ground by the Beast Pirates' headliner, Holdem, as punishment for the theft of the food supplies and to flush out rebels. While Bingo's specific fate following the fire was not depicted, the destruction of his home stood as a stark example of the cruelty the people of Wano faced before the raid on Onigashima.
