Chizuru Honsho is one of Ichigo friends and classmates. She is a lesbian and often makes passes at Orihime, getting hit by Tatsuki in the process. She is very disturbed in many ways. She even asks what a little girls cup size is.

During the “Fake Karakura Town” arc, Chizuru and Michiru are found asleep by Tatsuki, Mizuiro, and Keigo. She wakes up as Aizen’s presence draws near, indicating that she has a little bit of spirit awareness, but not enough to see ghosts yet. Over the course of the ensuing crisis of running away from Aizen, Chizuru becomes mentally shaken at all the strange things happening so fast around her, especially at the tame reactions of her friends. The only classmate of Ichigo’s who isn’t an immediate friend to see him as a soul reaper.
