Fried appears in the Bount arc as the Doll belonging to the Bount Yoshino Sōma. It takes the form of a serpentine creature made entirely of wind and fire, capable of duplicating itself and manipulating the air to slice through solid objects. Fried is distinct from other Dolls due to its complete obedience to Yoshino, reflecting her calm and sorrowful nature.

During the confrontation with Kariya Jin, Yoshino commands Fried to attack the Bount leader in an attempt to stop his plan. The Doll uses its wind manipulation to bypass Kariya's defenses, but Kariya's own Doll easily deflects the strikes. Despite the power difference, Fried continues to fight until its physical form is shattered.

After Yoshino sacrifices herself to create the Bitto, Fried is destroyed along with her. However, the Doll makes a brief, symbolic return later in the arc. During the final battle, an image of Fried appears to Kariya, representing the lingering will of Yoshino and her desire to stop him from destroying the Soul Society.
