The Ghost Devil looks like a tall, floating mass made entirely of human arms and flowers. It has a smooth head with no eyes and lips that are stitched together. It usually stays invisible, only appearing when it attacks or when a human with a contract summons it. Himeno uses this devil, having traded her right eye to control one of its invisible hands for grabbing objects or punching enemies from a distance.

Physical attacks like bullets or swords pass straight through its body without hurting it. It uses its many arms to swarm opponents, crushing them with overwhelming strength. Because it has no eyes, it hunts by sensing the fear of the people around it. If an enemy stops feeling afraid, the devil cannot see them anymore, leaving it vulnerable to being tricked during a battle.

During the ambush by the Katana Man, Himeno sacrifices her whole body to the devil in exchange for its full power. It manifests completely and grabs the enemy, but the Snake Devil appears and eats the Ghost Devil whole before it can finish the kill. Later, the snake spits it back out to fight Aki Hayakawa. The devil hesitates and hands Aki a cigarette instead of killing him, allowing the hunter to climb its body and cut off its head.
