Hukegao was a genius scientist and the older brother of the bodybuilder Marugori, also known as Beefcake. Driven by an insatiable hunger for power and outright delusions of world conquest, Hukegao developed an experimental steroid, Biceps Brachii King, and gave it to his brother to test — arrogant enough to see himself, by his own account, as the most intelligent person on the planet.
The steroid worked, transforming Marugori into a 270-meter mutated giant, but Hukegao never got to enjoy the results of his own ambition: while rampaging toward D-City with his brother in tow, Marugori swung a slap meant for Saitama and killed Hukegao by accident instead.
A lean, frail middle-aged man with sharp features, a prominent nose, and a thin dark mustache, matching his aged-looking, name-appropriate face. Wears a white lab coat over a dark shirt and tie, plus a head-mounted visor/headset to direct his brother remotely.
Arrogant, calculating, and driven by a genuine god complex — convinced his intellect made him the rightful ruler of the planet. Highly impulsive and prone to panic once his plans went sideways, a flaw that directly caused his own death.
Spent years researching human enhancement before perfecting the “Ultimate Steroid Biceps Brachii,” which he convinced his bodybuilder brother Marugori to take in pursuit of becoming the “strongest man on Earth.”
Rides on Marugori’s shoulder as they level City D with a directed “wind sweep” attack. Spotting Saitama standing on his brother’s other shoulder, he panics and screams for Marugori to kill the “pest” — Marugori’s hand slams down, Saitama dodges, and the blow instead crushes Hukegao to death instantly. The Hero Association later mistakenly credits King with stopping the Brain and Brawn duo.
Genius-level biological engineering and pharmacology — capable of synthesizing a steroid that turns a human into a city-leveling giant without killing the host outright. No physical combat ability or durability of his own whatsoever.

Despite being the “Brain,” he failed to consider the physics of his own brother’s hand slamming down on his own location — a fatal oversight. His steroid is one of the few human-made substances in the series capable of creating a threat rivaling “God-given” monsters like Vaccine Man.
