Jabber Wongar is a member of the Raiders (Vandals) and a central antagonist during the Trash Beast arc. He is a loud, eccentric fighter obsessed with drugs and stimulants, which he uses to artificially boost his combat abilities. He wields a Jinki named "Psycho-Pod," a claw-like weapon attached to his hand that allows him to inject poisons or drugs into his opponents.

He confronts Rudo and Zodyl in the desert, displaying a chaotic fighting style. Jabber constantly ingests pills during the battle to ignore pain and increase his speed, laughing maniacally as he fights. He takes pleasure in pushing his body to the limit, even if it means damaging himself in the process.

Despite his overwhelming drug-fueled strength, he is eventually outsmarted. Rudo exploits Jabber's reliance on his Jinki and his unstable mental state to land a decisive blow. Jabber is defeated but survives the encounter, retreating with the other Vandals to recover and prepare for future conflicts.
