Megicula is a high-ranking devil who resides within Vanica Zogratis of the Dark Triad. She is the source of the deadly curses that plague the Silva family and the Heart Kingdom. Years prior to the current story, she was responsible for the curse that killed Noelle’s mother, Acier Silva, and later placed a similar death sentence on Queen Lolopechka.

During the raid on the Spade Kingdom, Megicula attempts to fully manifest her body in the human world. She activates a spell called "Malevolent Femcantation," intending to sacrifice both Vanica and Lolopechka to complete her rebirth. As she emerges, she overwhelms the allied forces using Curse-Warding Magic, which allows her to turn people into blood and revive the dead as her soldiers.

She is ultimately stopped by the combined efforts of Noelle, Charlotte, and Gadjah. Noelle achieves "Saint Stage" spirit magic, allowing her to bypass Megicula's defenses. Realizing too late that humans have surpassed her expectations, Megicula’s heart is destroyed by Noelle's attack, causing her to vanish and ending her threat to the living world.
