Mr. Pork appears in the full-color manga chapters and select anime omake segments as a plush toy owned by Riruka Dokugamine. He resembles a pig wearing a monocle and a tuxedo, functioning as one of the sentient items brought to life by Riruka's Fullbring ability, "Dollhouse."

During the confrontation inside the dollhouse, Mr. Pork is summoned to fight Rukia Kuchiki. He attempts to attack her by charging forward, but his clumsy movements and small size make him more of a comedic distraction than a serious threat. Riruka frequently shouts commands at him, treating him like a servant during the battle.

His role concludes when the Dollhouse dimension is deactivated. Mr. Pork returns to being an inanimate stuffed animal, sitting silently in Riruka's collection once the fight is over.
