Osome is a geisha from the Flower Capital of Wano Country. She is a gentle and kind woman, easily recognized by her pink hair and her close bond with her pet mouse, Chuji. Although she is a civilian, she became a central figure in the personal conflict between Sanji and Queen during the Raid on Onigashima.

Her storyline was crucial to Sanji's character arc during the war. Queen, the All-Star of the Beast Pirates, had developed an obsessive grudge against Osome because she had repeatedly rejected his requests for her services. Queen used his invisibility technology to violently attack her; because Sanji was nearby and undergoing a genetic crisis, he mistakenly believed he had lost his humanity and hurt her himself. This fear led Sanji to destroy his Raid Suit, terrified that he was turning into a heartless monster like his siblings.

The truth was revealed in the final moments of the duel. When Osome ventured back into the danger zone to save her mouse, Chuji, Queen attempted to attack her again while invisible. Witnessing this, Sanji realized he was innocent and stepped in to protect her, delivering the final blow to Queen. following the liberation of Wano, Osome survived the raid without permanent injury and has returned to a peaceful life in the Flower Capital.
