Subordinate B is a member of the Yakuza faction that holds the protagonist's debt. He wears a dark suit and sunglasses, blindly following the orders of the elderly grandfather who leads the syndicate. He accompanies the group to the abandoned warehouse, believing they are there to execute the boy for insurance money.

He is unaware that his boss has made a contract with the Zombie Devil. Upon entering the warehouse, he is betrayed along with the rest of the lower-ranking members. The devil's power infects him instantly, stripping away his intelligence and transforming him into a rotting thrall bound to the creature's will.

In his zombified state, he joins the swarm attempting to tear the protagonist apart. He possesses increased durability and lacks pain receptors, allowing him to attack relentlessly despite injury. He is eventually cut down when Denji activates his chainsaws and slaughters the entire mob to survive the trap.
