Yukio is a member of mysterious organization Xcution. He’s a calm, quiet, cold-hearted young boy. As a child his parents ignored him, so he stole their money and ran away. They later committed suicide. His powers allow him to seal people inside his video game, wherein he can he can create anything, even control the flow of time.
