Buffalo is a combatant and officer of the Donquixote Pirates, serving within the Pica Army. He is a large man with a distinctive appearance, characterized by his propeller-shaped hair and the crew's Jolly Roger painted directly onto his teeth. He utilizes the power of the Guru Guru no Mi (Spin-Spin Fruit), which allows him to rotate body parts at high speeds to fly, create wind storms, or enhance his physical attacks.

He played a prominent role during the Punk Hazard arc when he was sent alongside Baby 5 to retrieve Caesar Clown. While his ability to fly made him a key transport unit for the mission, he was intercepted by the Straw Hat Pirates. He found himself outmatched by Franky, who defeated him using the General Franky robot. later, in Dressrosa, he attempted to defend the palace but was quickly neutralized by Kyros.

Following the collapse of Doflamingo's regime in Dressrosa, Buffalo was arrested by the Marines alongside the rest of the Donquixote Family officers. He is currently incarcerated, presumably in Impel Down, and has not made any appearances in the story since the crew's downfall.
