Elizabello II is the ruler of the Prodence Kingdom in the New World, famously known as the "Fighting King." A massive man who fights wearing his crown and boxing gloves, he is defined by his signature technique: the "King Punch." This devastating attack requires a full hour of physical warm-up to charge; while rumors claim it is strong enough to topple an Emperor of the Sea, it is undeniably powerful enough to shatter massive stone fortresses in a single blow.

He played a significant role during the Dressrosa arc, entering the Corrida Colosseum tournament to win the Mera Mera no Mi. Relying on his tactician, Dagama, to protect him while he charged his fist, he successfully unleashed the King Punch to wipe out the majority of Block B, only to be defeated by Bartolomeo’s impenetrable barrier. Later, he proved to be a vital ally to the Straw Hats, using his strength to clear the massive debris left by Pica’s stone golem, allowing the citizens to escape the deadly Birdcage.

Unlike many of the other gladiators, Elizabello did not join the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, as he had a country to govern. He was last seen attending the Levely (Reverie) at Mary Geoise, where he showed strong solidarity with King Riku and the Alabasta delegation. He returned safely to the Prodence Kingdom following the summit and has not been directly involved in the recent conflicts of the final saga.
