Shamrock Figarland (tentative name) is a high-ranking World Noble and a member of the God's Knights, the elite enforcement unit of the Celestial Dragons. He is a member of the powerful Figarland Family and is strongly implied to be the twin brother of the Yonko, Red-Haired Shanks. He resides in Mary Geoise, serving directly under the Supreme Commander, Saint Garling Figarland.

He makes his presence known during the prelude to the Final War, appearing in silhouette alongside the other Holy Knights when Monkey D. Dragon warns the Revolutionary Army about the true threat of the World Government. His silhouette bears a striking resemblance to Shanks, wielding a similar saber and sharing the same cloak and build, which causes confusion among those who see him.

Unlike his pirate brother, Shamrock is fully loyal to the Celestial Dragons and the World Government. He operates in the shadows of the Holy Land, acting as a judicial enforcer who handles disputes that are too sensitive for the Marines. His existence explains how "Shanks" was able to meet with the Five Elders during the Reverie, suggesting it was actually Shamrock using his noble privilege to enter the room unstopped.
