Harry is a courageous young boy who appears exclusively in the anime during a flashback sequence focused on Roronoa Zoro's past. He lives in a small, unnamed village that becomes the target of a mountain bandit named Dick. Despite his small size and lack of combat strength, Harry possesses a strong sense of justice and a determination to protect his home.

When the bandit Dick raided the town's storage to steal their food supply, Harry bravely attempted to stop him by sneaking up and hitting him in the shin with a hammer. However, he was easily overpowered and cast aside. He watched helplessly as the bounty hunter duo Johnny and Yosaku tried to intervene, only to be defeated by the bandit's superior strength. When Harry tried to charge in again to save them, he was held back by Zoro, who advised him to consider whether he actually had the power to make a difference in the fight.

Taking Zoro's words to heart, Harry found a way to help that didn't rely on brute force. During the climactic moment of the battle, as Dick prepared to fire his bazooka at Zoro, Harry rushed forward and poured a bucket of water onto the weapon's fuse, extinguishing the flame. This crucial assist allowed Zoro to defeat the bandit. Afterward, Zoro acknowledged Harry's bravery and thanked him for his help, validating the boy's effort to save his village.
