Jibuemon is a loyal samurai from the Kuri region of Wano Country and a devoted retainer of the Kozuki family. Having lived through the twenty years of oppression under the rule of Kaido and Orochi, he represents the unwavering faith of the citizens who believed in Lady Toki’s prophecy. He is easily recognized by his mane-like blonde hair and beard, as well as his emotional nature, often shedding tears of relief regarding the safety of his masters.

He played a crucial logistical role in the early stages of the Fire Festival raid. When Kin'emon and the other time-traveling Scabbards returned to the ruins of Oden Castle, Jibuemon was the first to greet them, having waited two decades for that specific moment. He took on the responsibility of gathering allies for the rebellion, managing the secret list of sympathizers and coordinating those marked with the crescent moon ankle tattoo to prepare for the final battle.

During the raid on Onigashima, Jibuemon served as a captain within the samurai forces, leading ground troops against the Beast Pirates. Fortunately, he survived the brutal war. Following the defeat of Kaido and the installation of Kozuki Momonosuke as the new Shogun, Jibuemon has returned to a peaceful life in Wano, helping to rebuild the country he fought so long to liberate.
