Ageha serves as a Gifter within the Beasts Pirates, stationed on the fortified island of Onigashima. Having consumed an artificial Devil Fruit known as a SMILE, she possesses the permanent physical traits of a swallowtail butterfly, most notably four large insect wings protruding from her back. She wears a visor and operates as a rank-and-file member of the Emperor's army, utilizing her hybrid physiology to function as an aerial combatant.

During the raid on the castle, she patrols the interior zones armed with a sword, prepared to suppress any intruders attempting to reach the upper levels. Her ability to fly grants her a tactical advantage over ground-based opponents, allowing her to maneuver above the chaos of the battlefield. She initially engages in the conflict to defend the fortress, following the orders of the lead performers to crush the samurai rebellion.

Her role in the battle changes drastically after she consumes a specialized millet dumpling distributed by a young kunoichi.
