Akibi is an anime-only Marine and former member of the Pumpkin Pirates. He is currently a subordinate of his childhood friend, Lieutenant Commander Rapanui Pasqui.

Akibi is a man of average height, who wears a normal marine attire and has black hair, with a small black mustache.
