Boo is a martial artist from Kano Country in the West Blue and serves as the vice-leader of the Happo Navy. He is the younger brother of the organization's current leader, Don Sai, and the grandson of the legendary pirate Don Chinjao. Unlike his brother, who can be emotional and hot-blooded, Boo typically maintains a calm and collected demeanor, fighting with a pair of axes imbued with the family's signature Hasshoken (Eight Impact Fist) technique.
He played a significant role during the Dressrosa arc, where he entered the Corrida Colosseum tournament to compete for the Mera Mera no Mi. Fighting in Block B, he displayed considerable skill but was eventually defeated by the unexpected resilience and teamwork of the Funk Brothers. Following the chaos unleashed by Doflamingo, Boo assisted in the battle against the Donquixote Family and subsequently joined the other colosseum fighters in forming the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, pledging his loyalty to Luffy.
Most recently, Boo acted as a royal guard during the Levely (Reverie) arc, escorting the Kano Country delegation to Mary Geoise. He was present during the tense incidents involving the World Nobles, supporting his brother Sai who intervened to protect Princess Shirahoshi. Currently, he remains an active commander in the Happo Navy, standing by to fulfill his oath to the Straw Hat Pirates as the world moves toward its final war.
