Dagama is the tactician of the Prodence Kingdom in the New World, serving as the right-hand man and chief strategist for King Elizabello II. He is a rotund man easily recognized by his large mustache, sunglasses, and perpetual grin. He prefers brain over brawn, utilizing manipulation and battlefield politics to secure victory for his king rather than fighting head-on.

During the Dressrosa arc, Dagama entered the Corrida Colosseum to compete for the Mera Mera no Mi in Block B. His strategy was to form a defensive wall of allied gladiators to protect Elizabello while the king charged his devastating "King Punch." Once the formation served its purpose, Dagama revealed his scheming nature by attempting to betray his partners, specifically Blue Gilly. However, the plan backfired, and he was swiftly defeated by the Longleg martial artist.

After the chaos of Doflamingo's downfall, Dagama did not join the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, as he had duties to his nation. He was last seen accompanying King Elizabello II to the Levely at Mary Geoise, where he continued to advise the king during diplomatic interactions. He has since returned to the Prodence Kingdom and has not been involved in the recent conflicts of the final saga.
