Monkey D. Dragon is the Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Army and the father of Monkey D. Luffy. He makes his first direct intervention in Loguetown when Luffy is pinned down by Captain Smoker. Dragon appears suddenly behind the marine, stopping his attack.
