Guillotine is a Marine Vice Admiral and one of the nine that took part in the Egghead Incident.
He is a tall man with dark hair with a white stripe on the right side of his head and also with a long dark beard with the end being curly, reaching done to his abdomen, with a white line on the right side of the beard. He wears sunglasses and a crescent-shaped blade on top of his head. He also wears a light double-breast suit with his long sleeves rolled up and a dark suit and a tie underneath it. As a high ranking officer, he wears a Justice coat draped over his shoulders.
