She works alongside her husband at the local hospital, balancing her medical duties with raising her two children, Trafalgar Law and Lami. Despite the growing toxicity of the environment, she attempts to provide a stable home for her family while the population slowly succumbs to heavy metal poisoning.

As the Amber Lead Syndrome outbreak becomes critical, neighboring countries seal off the borders and declare the disease contagious. She remains in the quarantined city to care for her bedridden daughter, Lami, hiding the severity of the situation behind a calm facade. She urges her son to take shelter, maintaining hope that the World Government will send pharmaceutical aid to treat the dying citizens.

Her life ends during the subsequent purge operation ordered by the surrounding nations to eradicate the infected populace. While attempting to protect the hospital and her family, she is gunned down by soldiers alongside her husband. Her death leaves Law as the sole survivor of the household, forcing him to flee into a world of violence and resentment.
