Biography
Noko (One Piece)
Debut: Episode 220
Noko is a seahorse who steals people’s memories, serving as the main antagonist of the One Piece: Ocean’s Dream! video game, its remake One Piece: Dragon Dream!, and the anime’s Ocean’s Dream Arc.
Small in size but dangerously cunning, Noko is bright orange with vibrant red star-like markings, and his large blue eyes glow deep crimson when he uses his hypnosis powers. Unlike normal seahorses, he has expressive facial features, often switching from playful grins to sinister smirks.
Agile in both water and air, he uses his mobility to enhance his true weapon — psychological warfare. A manipulative trickster, he delights in recreating the people his victims care about most, only to turn those illusions against them.
Beneath his playful demeanor lies an ambitious goal: to become a legendary Sennenryū (Thousand-Year Dragon), a mythical creature symbolizing ultimate power and immortality in One Piece lore.
