Commodore Pudding Pudding is a Marine Commander in the 77th Branch of the Marines, who is dispatched to Arlong Park to evacuate the survivors of Arlong’s tyrannical reign. He never arrives. When Pudding Pudding sees the Fishman’s base, hubris gets the better of the Commander , and he orders an attack. This provokes Arlong’s ire, and the Fishman crew makes quick work of Pudding Pudding and his ship, sending it to the bottom of the sea in an artificial maelstrom.
