Puri-Puri Prisoner is an S-Class hero and, true to his name, an inmate — he serves his sentence at Smelly Lid Prison while still being called on for hero duty, and doubles as the de facto boss of the prisoners held there. Extremely tall and muscular, slightly bigger even than Superalloy Darkshine, he fights using his "Angel ☆ Style" technique, which increases his already immense muscle mass to push his strength even further, hitting hard enough that his punches are described as heavier than rocks and harder than iron.
He first appears during the Sea King arc, freeing a group of imprisoned civilians and defeating the monster holding them barehanded. Openly flamboyant and unapologetically drawn to good-looking men — a trait that landed him his prison sentence in the first place — he combines real combat competence with a personality that treats most fights as only a mild inconvenience.
A colossal, heavily muscled man with a distinctive large cleft chin, short black curly hair, blue facial stubble, and thick dark eyelashes. Normally in a black-and-white striped prison jumpsuit, often layered with a hand-knitted light-colored heart sweater gifted by a former "boyfriend." In "Angel Style" his muscles expand so violently his clothes shred entirely; in "Angel Bristly Armor" his whole body grows thick dark hair.
Flamboyant, narcissistic, and utterly sincere about his philosophy of "love" — he refers to allies and enemies alike as "honeys" and fights with genuine romantic passion. His real strength is infinite optimism, which functions as an actual psychological shield against despair and pain. His flaw is the same trait that got him imprisoned in the first place: an overwhelming, predatory attraction to handsome men.
Sentenced to Smelly Mask Prison for repeatedly harassing/"snatching" attractive men, where he made himself the undisputed boss of the facility. Promoted to S-Class specifically for his ability to single-handedly manage prison riots and perform against high-level monsters during his frequent illegal escapes.
Breaks out of prison with Speed-o’-Sound Sonic to face the Deep Sea King, and is badly beaten — the first time an S-Class hero is shown outclassed like that. Redeems himself during the Alien Invasion, helping destroy Melzargard’s regenerative cores alongside Atomic Samurai, Bang, and Metal Bat. During the Monster Association raid, defeats the needle-covered Free Hugger by literally embracing the pain, then debuts "Vibration Angel" to shatter the absorptive monster Baquma. Discovers several of his monsterized former prison "boyfriends" and, after failing to save them with love, kills them — the emotional toll triggers a new "Angel Bristly Armor" mutation. Survives an ambush by the executive Nyaan using that new armor, forcing Nyaan to flee in disgust, but is then completely outmatched trying to "rescue" a chained, half-monsterized Garou. Afterward helps Fubuki physically reinforce and heal Tanktop Master’s shattered body.
Angel Style: a muscle-expansion transformation that shreds his clothes and boosts power/speed. Angel Rush: a flurry of monster-liquefying punches. Vibration Angel: vibration-infused strikes that shatter reinforced defenses. Angel Bristly Armor: instantly grown thick body hair functioning as organic armor. Angel Crawl / Deep Breathing: ground-tunneling movement and a meditative recovery state. Also possesses an "abnormal life force" letting him recover from otherwise fatal wounds.

The first real test of his power. Used Angel Style but got out-regenerated and out-punched — proof even S-Class heroes have a ceiling against the right threat.
vs. Free Hugger — Ch. 78
A monster covered in needles came at him, and instead of dodging, he chose to embrace it. Won — his evolution through the acceptance of pain, on full display.
vs. Baquma — Ch. 107–111
Faced down a monster that absorbed its own allies for power and debuted his "Vibration Angel" style to take it out solo — proof he could handle high-Demon-level threats alone.
vs. Nyaan — Ch. 111–112
Ambushed by a Dragon-level executive. Developed "Bristly Armor" on the spot just to survive, and Nyaan retreated rather than push the fight — a real Dragon-level encounter he walked away from by evolving mid-fight.
vs. Garou — Ch. 117–122
Tried to "rescue" a chained Garou. Got pulverized instead by the Hero Hunter's new form — a brutal reminder of the gap between mid-S-Class and the ascending Garou.
