Biography
Rivers (リヴァーズ, Rivaazu) is a member of the Bellamy Pirates. He is the sniper of the crew, and the one wearing the hat with long ear-flaps. In the manga, it was he who stopped Sarquiss from going after Luffy and not Eddy. He is voiced by Patrick Seitz in English Funimation dub.
