Roshio (ロシオ) was a pirate who was said to have a bounty of Belli 42,000,000 on him. Roshio is seen playing cards with Bellamy the Hyena in the starting chapters of the Jaya arc. While he wins fairly, Bellamy challenges him otherwise then knocks him out of the top floor of the building they were in.[1] Upon seeing Roshio’s crew down in the streets trying to carry him to get some much-needed medical attention, Bellamy then leaps down to finish him off with his Spring Hopper technique.
