Petty Officer Shine (シャイン軍曹, Shain　Gunsō) is a large Marine who wears sunglasses and has an odd goatee. He is under the command of Captain Hina and appears to be one of her senior officers. He is the one who spots Fullbody and Jango doing a strange dance in an attempt to impress Hina. His name was revealed in Grand Data File: Blue.
