Biography
Tansui is a member of the Macro Fishman Pirates. He is an Arowana Fishman. He talks very open mindedly, to the ire of Macro, even to Duval himself. He is apparently skilled in Fishman Karate, much like Kuroobi and Kapoty; although his skills are never seen as he is beaten before he can use them.
