Ulti

Ulti stands 173 cm (5'8") with long, light-blue hair streaked with pink and two dark, curved horns on top of her head. She always wears a mask covering her nose and mouth, along with a formal light-colored top with a large bow, a short skirt, and a blue cape.

Dragon Traits

In her Ancient Zoan form, she grows a thick armored skull, a powerful tail, and heavier muscle, taking the full shape of a Pachycephalosaurus with a large domed head when fully transformed.

Visual Changes

After Yamato's "Thunder Bagua" hit her, she was shown coughing blood and briefly down before recovering fast. Her overall design plays her "fancy lady" image against her brutal, prehistoric fighting style.

Ulti has almost no filter and an explosive temper - she's openly disrespectful even to Kaido, once calling him "stupid" over his family issues, and she's fiercely, obsessively protective of Page One, whom she calls "Pay-Pay." Her personality flips constantly between refined lady and foul-mouthed brawler, and she's cycled through a string of vocal tics and accents that even her brother admits are all bad. For all the abrasiveness, she's deeply loyal to her family's interests - she clawed her way to the top of a brutal crew to secure a place for both of them.

Ulti is Page One's biological older sister. Their father, Hanafuda, was a pirate and former Warlord of the Sea who rivaled Kaido; after his death, Kaido took the two siblings in because of his past history with their father. Growing up in the Beasts Pirates, Ulti was clever and ambitious enough to steal two Devil Fruits from Kaido as a child - one for herself, one for Page One - to guarantee they'd both have the strength to survive in the crew. She used those stolen powers to climb to the rank of Tobiroppo.

The Search for Yamato

Ulti was introduced with the rest of the Tobiroppo waiting to meet with Kaido, spending much of the time bickering with Sasaki and Who's-Who while badgering Page One to carry her around. When Kaido tasked the Tobiroppo with finding his missing son Yamato, promising the winner a shot at a Lead Performer's spot, Ulti and Page One ran into Luffy during the search. She transformed and pinned him in a headbutting contest serious enough to make him consider using Gear 4, before Yamato interrupted with a "Thunder Bagua" strike that let Luffy escape.

Pursuit Across the Skull Dome

After recovering, she chased Nami and Usopp across the Skull Dome; during the pursuit Big Mom struck her for attacking Otama. Weakened by Big Mom's Maser Cannon but still fighting, Ulti was finally defeated by Nami, who finished her off with a lightning strike from the upgraded, Zeus-fused Climate Baton.

Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pachycephalosaurus

Ulti ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pachycephalosaurus, an Ancient Zoan fruit that gives her the properties of a thick-skulled dinosaur, including exceptional durability and fast recovery - she was back in the fight not long after taking a Haki-infused hit from Yamato.

Ulti-Meteor (Uruti-Meteo)

Her signature move is a Haki-hardened headbutt strong enough to shatter stone and crack an opponent's skull. She uses Armament Haki specifically to harden her forehead for that attack.

She's clever and opportunistic - resourceful enough to steal two Devil Fruits as a child to set herself and her brother up for life. Like any Devil Fruit user she can't swim, and her volatile temper can lead her to underestimate opponents.

A shouting match with Sasaki and Black Maria that reflects the ongoing friction inside Kaido's elite.

vs. Monkey D. Luffy (with Page One)

Ulti transformed to restrain Luffy, proving strong enough to push back an Emperor-class pirate, before Yamato interrupted.

vs. Yamato

Yamato knocked her out briefly to save Luffy, which set off her relentless pursuit of the intruders afterward.

vs. Nami and Usopp

A prolonged hunt across the Skull Dome that ended with Nami's victory and Ulti's elimination as a Tobiroppo.

Page One
