Uzu's Mother is a civilian woman from the New World and the parent of Uzu, one of the children kidnapped by Caesar Clown for his gigantification experiments. She appears during the Punk Hazard arc in a flashback revealing the corruption of the G-5 Marine base.

In her brief appearance, she is seen showing a photograph of her missing son to Vice Admiral Vergo, desperate for help. along with other parents, she begs the Marines to investigate the disappearances of their children. However, Vergo, who is secretly an executive of the Donquixote Pirates, dismisses their pleas and coldly lies to them, stating that their children died in a sea accident to cover up Caesar's crimes.

Her character represents the victims of the conspiracy between Caesar Clown and Vergo, highlighting the cruelty of the "Giant Children" experiments and the betrayal of the civilians' trust in the Marines.
