Distinctive Features

Like her brothers, she has curly eyebrows that spiral into a "6" — the mirror image of Sanji’s — plus a tattoo of the number "6" on each thigh marking her as Germa 66.

She typically wears a light-colored, high-collared dress with the Germa 66 insignia; as a child she wore medical robes like her mother’s while visiting the royal infirmary.

Poison Pink Raid Suit

Her battle suit is a form-fitting pink garment with translucent, butterfly-like wing capes, plus accelerator boots and large dark headphones.

Reiju is reserved and complicated. Unlike her emotionless brothers Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji, she kept her humanity and can feel compassion, sorrow, and guilt — but she was also modified to be physically unable to disobey Vinsmoke Judge’s direct orders, which makes her a ruthless commander in public while she stays quietly protective of Sanji in private. She is sharp and observant, often the first to notice a shift in global politics, and she views her own family as "monsters," believing the Vinsmoke bloodline should eventually end. Even so, she fiercely protects her siblings whenever outside forces like the Big Mom Pirates threaten them.

Reiju was born in the North Blue, the first child of Vinsmoke Judge and Vinsmoke Sora. At age three she watched her mother take a dangerous drug to counteract Judge’s attempt to genetically engineer their unborn quadruplet sons into emotionless weapons; Reiju’s own modifications gave her an exoskeleton and superhuman ability without taking her heart. Growing up, she secretly tended Sanji’s wounds while publicly joining her brothers in mocking him to avoid becoming a target herself, and when Judge locked Sanji in an iron mask, she used her strength to bend the bars and free him, telling him to never look back.

Encounter at Sea (Chapter 826)

Reiju debuted aboard a Germa 66 vessel, saving a poisoned Monkey D. Luffy’s life by leaping onto the Thousand Sunny and sucking the stonefish toxin from his body, calling the deadly poison a "delectable treat."

Germa Castle

She greeted Sanji on his forced return and secretly swapped his explosive wrist-cuffs for fakes.

Betrayal Discovery (Chapter 851)

Charlotte Pudding ambushed and wounded Reiju, revealing the Big Mom Pirates’ plan to massacre the Vinsmoke family at the wedding, then used her powers to edit Reiju’s memories — but Reiju’s natural resistance let her piece the truth back together.

The Tea Party

Restrained by candy with the rest of her family during the wedding, Reiju was freed by the Straw Hat retrieval team, then donned her Raid Suit and fought alongside her brothers to cover the alliance’s retreat.

After Whole Cake Island, Reiju and Ichiji led a rescue mission into Chocolat Town on Cacao Island to free Niji and Yonji, who had been captured and studied by the Big Mom Pirates.

Pudding ambushed Reiju to test "Candy Jacket" bullets against the Vinsmoke exoskeleton, shooting her and altering her memories; the attack ultimately pushed Reiju to help Sanji cut ties with Germa for good.
