Vice-Admiral Doberman is one of the five Buster Call Vice Admirals present at the attack on Enies Lobby.
He has many X-shaped scars on his face and neck. His left eye is blank without any iris. Due to way Doberman is drawn in the manga, it looks as if his left eye is completely missing with only an open eye socket in it’s place. His marine coat is red and the stripes across his cap are in a zig-zag pattern.
In the anime, Doberman is initially shown with his cap’s shadow covering his supposedly empty left eyesocket. Later in the anime, Doberman is just shown with having two normal eyes.
