Eyelashes is the second-ranked B-Class hero of the Hero Association and, behind only Fubuki herself, the strongest member of her Blizzard Group — strong enough that he could plausibly hold his own in A-Class if he ever moved up.
He's one of the subordinates who accompanies Fubuki, alongside Mountain Ape, into the abandoned ghost-town district of Z-City during the Blizzard Group's attempt to recruit Saitama into their faction.
A tall man of average build with short, neat dark hair and his namesake trait: exceptionally long, thick, dark eyelashes, frequently emphasized in close-up panels. Wears the Blizzard Bunch’s formal dark two-piece suit with a white shirt and dark tie.
Fanatically loyal to Fubuki, treating her orders as absolute even when the tactics involved are ethically dicey. Proud of his #2 Class B standing, quick to demand respect from lower-ranked heroes, and firmly believes in Fubuki’s philosophy that collective strength beats individual power.
Rose to the top of Class B early in his career but, like most, found himself blocked from A-Class by gatekeepers like Amai Mask. Joined Hellish Blizzard’s faction to guarantee numerical superiority in the field instead.
Accompanies Fubuki and Mountain Ape to “initiate” Saitama into the Blizzard Bunch; attacks him when he refuses and is knocked out with a single casual blow. Later takes part in the large-scale Blizzard Bunch mobilization during the Monster Association raid, helping defend a weakened Genos on the surface. Present for the group’s post-battle recovery, including their adoption of the shrunken monster Pochi.
Fights with a pair of high-durability eyelash curlers used like brass knuckles/pincer weapons. Solid Class B Rank 2 physical stats and strong group-tactics leadership, capable of coordinating dozens of heroes — but thoroughly outclassed by S-Class combatants or Demon-level threats solo.
