Marugori, also referred to as Beefcake in some translations, was an ordinary human bodybuilder until he drank an experimental steroid called Biceps Brachii King, developed by his older brother, the scientist Hukegao. Desperate for the strength he'd always wanted, he took the formula willingly — and immediately regretted it, screaming as his body ballooned to a towering 270 meters before bursting through the lab ceiling as a rampaging giant.
Carrying Hukegao on his shoulder, Marugori marched toward D-City, testing his new strength by leveling buildings along the way. The rampage ends in tragedy and irony at once: aiming a slap at Saitama, Marugori instead kills his own brother by accident, and Saitama — unharmed by the same blow — finishes him with a single punch to the face moments later.
A mountain-sized, hundreds-of-meters-tall muscular humanoid titan — bald, powerfully built in a classic bodybuilder silhouette scaled to an impossible size, wearing only a simple dark loincloth.
Devoted to his older brother almost childishly, and singularly obsessed with strength. Low tactical awareness and extreme impulsivity define him — fatally so, since his own carelessness kills his brother. In his final moments he experiences real existential despair, questioning whether the strength he traded his humanity for was worth anything at all.
Originally a human bodybuilder frustrated by the limits of natural training, he partnered with his scientist older brother Fukegao, who developed the “Ultimate Steroid Biceps Brachii.” Marugori took the substance and immediately, violently evolved into a giant.
Steps into City D and levels a huge portion of it with a single arm sweep’s wind pressure, under Fukegao’s direction. When Saitama appears standing on his own shoulder, a panicking Fukegao orders Marugori to kill him — Marugori’s swipe misses Saitama and instead crushes Fukegao to death. Enraged and grieving, Marugori unleashes a punch flurry that pulverizes City B trying to hit Saitama. Saitama leaps up and lands a single punch to his chin, breaking his neck; his collapsing body crushes what remained of City B and the surrounding mountains.
Colossal strength capable of erasing a city with a single arm sweep, deceptive speed for his size (thousands of punches in seconds), and durability that made him essentially immune to conventional weapons — none of which mattered against Saitama.
