Sekingar is a former Hero Association commander best known for leading the rescue mission for the kidnapped Waganma. Tall, brown-haired, and always in a dark business suit, he's distinguished by a metal prosthetic right eye. He specializes in planning and command rather than direct combat, and is consistently shown as calm, cautious, and calculating — coordinating operations either from a command center or in person at the front lines.
After leaving the Hero Association, Sekingar joins the newly formed Neo Heroes as a mole, aiming to uncover the schemes of its leader, McCoy, and gather intelligence on the rival organization. Metal Bat accompanies him into Neo Heroes as his bodyguard for the operation.
Tall with sharp features and slicked-back black hair. During his Hero Association era, he had a cybernetic left eye that projected tactical holograms and a cybernetic left hand. After resigning and returning that equipment, he now wears a dark eyepatch over that eye.
Exceptionally serious and duty-oriented, with a hidden idealism — Sitch notes he originally wanted to be a professional hero, not just an administrator. Pragmatic enough to accept necessary risks for the mission, and brave enough to volunteer for a deep-cover operation inside an organization he suspects of malice.
Originally aspired to be a professional hero before his tactical mind carried him into an executive role instead, where the Association outfitted him with high-grade cybernetics to support field command.
Appointed field lead for the Monster Association rescue operation, coordinating the Surface Support Team and serving as Drive Knight’s primary contact. Faces friction with Narinki over private squads and is threatened by Tatsumaki over the Blizzard Bunch’s deployment. After the raid, formally resigns and returns his cybernetic eye and hand — revealed to be a ruse coordinated with Sitch, as he’s actually infiltrating the Neo Heroes to monitor the corrupt official McCoy.
World-class tactical leadership capable of managing war-scale logistics across hundreds of heroes, plus real espionage nerve. Not a combatant himself, though his command presence is enough to direct S-Class heroes.
Hero Association Ethics — Ch. 287
Butted heads with Sitch over what the Association should be willing to sacrifice to deal with Shibabawa's prophecy.
Infiltrating the Neo Heroes — Ch. 186–ongoing
An ongoing, high-stakes undercover operation — deceiving the sharp-eyed McCoy while quietly feeding intel back to Sitch.
Major: Ch. 92, 122, 134, 156, 186, 270, 285–288. Minor: Ch. 43, 64, 102, 103, 132, 133, 229. Mentioned only: Ch. 131, 142.
Sitch: his sole confidant, the only person who knows his infiltration is real. McCoy: his Neo Heroes supervisor and actual investigation target. Drive Knight: a trusted working partner during the Monster Association raid.
“I will hereby humbly return my artificial hand and eye.”
“Don’t lump me in with you.” — to McCoy, while undercover
The only character shown voluntarily surrendering biological-grade cybernetic enhancements for the sake of a mission. His shift from a glowing cyber-eye to a plain eyepatch visually tracks his move from public oversight into the shadows.
