Sind's father, One of the young children who was kidnapped and held captive on Punk Hazard. He is a minor civilian character who appears primarily in the flashbacks that reveal the cruel deception orchestrated by Caesar Clown and his subordinates to acquire test subjects for their experiments.

Like the other parents in his village, he was manipulated into believing a tragic lie. Government agents informed him that his son had contracted a contagious, deadly illness known as the "Green Disease" and had passed away shortly after being taken into quarantine. In reality, his son was alive but was being used as a guinea pig for Caesar’s gigantification experiments and was kept addicted to stimulant drugs to ensure his compliance.

Currently, he remains unaware of the true events that transpired on Punk Hazard. However, following the defeat of Caesar Clown by the Straw Hat Alliance, his son Sind was rescued along with the other children. The G-5 Marines, led by Tashigi, have taken custody of the children and are transporting them to Dr. Vegapunk’s laboratory to cure their addiction and reverse the gigantification, offering hope that this father will eventually be reunited with his son.
