Zeniru is a wealthy multi-millionaire based in F-City, introduced when the criminal gang Paradise Group targets his home to make an example of him. Rotund, tan-skinned, and typically shown in an open bathrobe with a chain necklace, he is more concerned with his public image than with how he protects himself — including hiring the mercenary ninja Speed-o'-Sound Sonic as a bodyguard without much regard for Sonic's methods or reputation.
When the Paradise Group attacks, Sonic single-handedly kills every member of the group except Hammerhead, making Zeniru's home invasion the trigger for one of Sonic's earliest and most brutal displays of force in the series.
A portly, middle-aged man with short dark wavy hair and a prominent double chin, typically seen in luxurious indoor attire like a thick white-and-black bathrobe with a gold chain. His residence — a skyscraper topped with a large golden spiral sculpture widely mocked for its resemblance to a coiled pile of excrement — is as much his visual signature as he is.
Image-conscious and arrogant. When warned to flee approaching terrorists, he refuses on the grounds it “wouldn’t look good” for a man of his stature to run. He shows no personal fear of the Paradisers, relying entirely on the belief that his wealth (in the form of hired muscle) makes him untouchable.
A billionaire tycoon in an unstated industry. Hammerhead claims Zeniru’s fortune was acquired dishonestly, which fuels the Paradisers’ targeting of him. At some point before the raid, he hired the ninja Speed-o’-Sound Sonic as his personal bodyguard.
During the Paradiser Arc, Hammerhead’s power-suited terrorist group targets Zeniru’s mansion (after first destroying the wrong building). Briefed on the threat, Zeniru refuses to flee. Sonic intercepts and eliminates most of the Paradisers on the grounds before they reach him, leaving Zeniru untouched and uninvolved in the actual fighting.
No combat ability of his own. His only real “power” is wealth — enough to commission massive architecture and hire elite, S-Class-caliber protection.
The Paradiser Raid — Ch. 12–14
Hammerhead's Paradisers stormed Zeniru's estate to seize his fortune. Zeniru refused to leave, but never had to fight — Speed-o'-Sound Sonic intercepted and wiped out the threat before it reached him.
Major: Ch. 14. Minor: Ch. 12, 13. Mentioned only: Ch. 15.
Speed-o’-Sound Sonic: his hired bodyguard, treated as a purely professional contract on Sonic’s side. Hammerhead: the terrorist leader who targeted him. Agoni: both are ultra-wealthy men (Agoni founded the Hero Association), but any direct relationship between them is unstated.
“Hmm... there’s no need for that. It wouldn’t look good for me to run from terrorists.”
His mansion is nicknamed “The Golden Pile O’ Poop” by Hammerhead. He represents the series’ wealthy “one percent,” untouched by the daily monster threats facing ordinary citizens.
