Zeniru a multi-millionaire living in F-City, easily recognized by his distinct hairstyle that resembles a butt. He resides in a massive golden tower known as the "Golden Turd," which serves as a symbol of his immense wealth and questionable taste. He is selfish and panicked, prioritizing his own safety over the lives of others.

When the paradisers (Hammerhead's group) target his mansion to demolish it, Zeniru hires the ninja Sonic to protect him. He watches from the safety of his monitors as Sonic effortlessly slaughters the intruders in the forest. Zeniru shows no remorse for the violence, merely expressing relief that his property is safe.

Later in the series, he becomes a target for the Monster Association. Despite his money, he is helpless without hired protection. His character consistently serves to highlight the corrupt and transactional nature of the Hero Association's funding, as he is one of their major donors who expects special treatment.
